At San-Dee, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all San-Dee garment tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
